The Caldwell Group, in business since 1998, is an IT search firm dedicated to finding the best in this tight market to meet the needs of its clients. Its recruiters have over 40 years of successful experience in information systems recruiting. To find highly qualified applicants, we use a variety of techniques and sources:

- Internet job search boards
- Networking
Because of the breadth and depth of our experience, we are familiar with a broad spectrum of technologies, including the older ones. You can ask us to find a Linux systems administrator or a mainframe z/OS systems programmer; a Salesforce AngularJS developer or a COBOL programmer.
We screen all applicants carefully. We qualify their technical skills, get references and meet them personally to ensure that their character, appearance, personality and verbal skills meet your standards. Only after this intensive screening, will we present a candidate. You can be assured that the applicants you meet will be close to the mark.
We do both contingency and retainer searches. We can also provide highly skilled consultants to temporarily focus on a specific task.
